The Menu

With an exquisite menu, Chloe & Bernard's offers its diners the best in a variety of world class recipes. That's because the visionaries who came up with this restaurant realize that they are catering to a sophisticated class of diners who, like you, expect find a menu replete with quality items as well as a variety of delectable meal choices available. From all of the selection, however, there is one recommendation that must not be passed over. This is the excellent Chilean Sea Bass steamed to perfection and served with sautéed onions, shallots cooked in white wine and a delectable sauce made from tomatoes. The highly talented team of chefs seem to be a cut above from most of the other restaurants, and it is easy to tell so once the food is on the table. In addition to the Chilean Sea Bass, one other sumptuous delight is the roasted breast of duck dressed with aged Roquefort cheese and savory walnuts. My personal recommendation from the menu here would be the beef tenderloin, roasted in the oven and glazed with a tasty peppercorn that comes in either the red, green or white sauce. This highly enjoyable meal brings the best in Western cuisine to this fine list of dining options.

Alternatively, you can partake in the mouth watering ceviche, rack of lamb delight and many other tantalizing items. Enjoy your meal with a glass of wine and find yourself enraptured by the best that dining can offer.

The Drinks

Come enjoy an outstanding wine list that features the finest cabs, zins and chardonnays from around the world. Quality beers and top-shelf liquors are also served.

The Restaurant

You'll find the ambience of this exquisite fine dining experience to be quite unique. Raised above the main lobby of the Westin Resort, Chloe & Bernard's will delight you with finely placed décor including white arches, plush Caribbean colors, wicker chairs, high windows and lace tapestries. With a cool white-tiled floor and high ceilings, the venue boasts a soft echo brings the noise level to acoustic perfection as you enjoy a relaxing and intimate meal with a romantic date or a casual stop in at the bar area for happy hour or before dinner drinks. Make reservations in advance and take part in the day's specialty drinks and excellent food.

While it's a bit of splash, the Chloe and Bernard's experience is well worth it.
